WTTI stocks pipe and plate coupons for welding or brazing, procedure or performance qualification testing to all codes including AWS, ASME, API, Mil Standards, etc.

All coupons are labeled with mill heat numbers for traceability. These coupons may be purchased in small or large quantities and are securely packaged for shipment to you.

Pipe Coupons: Pipe coupons are available in various diameters, schedules, grades of material and weld joint preparation.

Plate Coupons: Plate coupons for structural welder performance qualifications are available in two thicknesses of ASTM A36 flat bar. Plate coupons for welding procedure qualification are also stocked to test to all codes. Plate coupons of aluminum, high alloy, stainless and other materials are also available when deemed essential that a welder test on the actual base material to be used for the welded product.
